Why I still carry a camera
On noticing what sits just outside the frame.

A camera offers a reason to pause. To look twice at a familiar place. To pay attention to light, distance, and the small details that otherwise disappear into a busy day.
This is a space for a photograph and a few paragraphs. It does not need to become an essay.

Start with what is in the frame. Then what was happening beyond it. End with the detail you want to remember.
The photograph can do most of the talking.
